The Rossoneri have so far only announced the signing of Álvaro Morata this summer, but Paulo Fonseca is expecting new reinforcements to arrive soon.

As reported by Milannews.it, Gianluca Di Marzio, Matteo Moretto, Fabrizio Romano and others, the next 2 Milan signings are going to be Emerson Royal of Tottenham and Strahinja Pavlović of RB Salzburg.

Alessandro Florenzi suffered a serious knee injury during the friendly against Manchester City last night and he is going to need surgery, which will keep him out for months. As a result, Milan decided to accelerate the negotiations with Spurs for Emerson, to whom they’ve been linked all summer.

Milan are planning to find a complete agreement with Tottenham for the 25-year-old Brazilian right-back in the next week, and the player is said to be ‘one step away’ from joining the Rossoneri. Daniele Longo claims the request of Spurs is €15m + €3m bonuses, the evaluation of Milan is still slightly lower but a deal can soon be reached and a new offer from the Diavolo is expected soon.

Pavlović, meanwhile, is very close to officially join the club. Milannews.it claims that the final details are now being ironed out and a full agreement with Salzburg is almost there. Pavlović has long ago agreed personal terms with Milan and has given absolute priority to wearing Red and Black.

The 23-year-old center back will strengthen the backline of Fonseca, he will cost Milan €19-20m plus bonuses, according to Calciomercato.com.
