Premier League newcomers Leeds United have taken concrete interest in Inter Milan outcast Mehdi Taremi.
According to TBR Football via FCInterNews, the Whites could step up talks to sign the 33-year-old striker.
Sidelined from Cristian Chivu’s project, Mehdi Taremi has already packed his bags ahead of an imminent San Siro departure.
Indeed, he has already instructed his representatives to find him a new club, preferably in the Premier League.

After Nottingham Forest and Fulham, Leeds have emerged as the latest candidates to sign the ex-Porto striker.
Furthermore, Taremi’s agents have already contacted the Whites’ upper management to discuss a deal.
Though talks were exploratory, the Elland Road outfit’s interest appears to be growing stronger.
Indeed, the transfer could go through, with negotiations expected to advance soon.
Elsewhere, Besiktas are waiting for Taremi’s response to their contract offer with bated breath.
However, Taremi dreams of playing in the Premier League and will do everything to secure a move to England this summer.
