This summer, Inter Milan will participate in the expanded Club World Cup.

There are still a few more important matches to go before then. Inter will try to beat Napoli to the Serie A title, and then face Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League final.

But then, the focus will shift as Inter travel to the United States.

And the Nerazzurri will do so with a few new players in tow.

According to Tuttosport, Inter’s intention is to complete three signings ahead of the Club World Cup.

Inter have already completed a deal for midfielder Petar Sucic. The Croat will join the Nerazzurri from Dinamo Zagreb when the current season concludes.

Meanwhile, Inter are in talks to sign winger Luis Henrique from Marseille.

By all accounts, the Nerazzurri want to wrap up a deal for the Brazilian in anticipation of the Club World Cup.

However, that’s not all, reports Tuttosport. The newspaper also anticipate that Inter will aim to bolster their defensive ranks before they travel to the US.

Udinese defender Oumar Solet looks to have become Inter’s top target at the back. The Frenchman has really impressed Inter with his performances since joining Udinese in January.

However, Solet is not the only name on Inter’s defensive shortlist.
