Cagliari reportedly want to sign Inter Milan striker Sebastiano Esposito on loan this summer transfer window.
This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews.
Sebastiano Esposito is currently part of Inter Milan’s senior squad once again.
The Italy Under-21 striker had spent last season on loan with Empoli. However, that loan deal came to an end, and the Tuscans did not sign him on a permanent basis.
Therefore, Sebastianio Esposito travelled with the Inter squad to the United States for the Club World Cup. He appeared in all four of their matches at the tournament, starting two.

It looks like virtually a foregone conclusion that Sebastiano Esposito will leave Inter this summer, however.
And there have been a few clubs to show an interest in the 23-year-old.
Fiorentina have certainly been pushing to sign Esposito after he had impressed with their regional rivals Empoli.
However, La Viola are not the only club eyeing up Esposito.
The Gazzetta dello Sport report that Cagliari are also hoping to sign the Inter striker.
However, the Rossoblu only want to sign Esposito on loan. Their transfer budget is limited heading into next season, so they’re reluctant to pay a fee outright.
Inter, on the other hand, are aiming to cash in on a permanent sale once and for all. They want a fee of €7 million for Esposito.
