Devyne Rensch’s move from Ajax to Roma is now a done deal after the Giallorossi reportedly agreed all details with the Eredivisie giants to bring the full-back to the Stadio Olimpico.

As previous reports suggested, the Serie A side is set to pay slightly more than €5m for the 22-year-old, whose contract would have expired next June.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Roma recently accelerated talks to complete the signing of a player who would’ve been available as a free agent in six months, reaching a total agreement with Ajax to fend off competition from other suitors.
Resch is expected to travel to Italy in the coming hours as coach Claudio Ranieri will be provided with another option for the right wing-back post, where Alexis Saelemaekers is currently considered the first-choice.
