According to an update shared by Fichajes, it has been learned that Real Madrid have no plans to part ways with Eduardo Camavinga, despite increasing interest from Manchester City.

As reported before, the English side is actively searching for reinforcements after an inconsistent campaign and view the French midfielder as an ideal addition to their squad.

Reports indicate that City are preparing a significant financial offer in an attempt to persuade Madrid into a sale.

However, despite recent dip in form, the Spanish club remain adamant that Camavinga is an essential part of their long-term vision and are not entertaining any proposals for his departure.

Important for Real Madrid

Since arriving at the Santiago Bernabeu in 2021, Camavinga has established himself as one of the most adaptable players in the squad.

His ability to operate effectively in central midfield as well as cover defensive roles when needed has made him a crucial asset.

His performances, particularly in the Champions League, have caught the attention of Pep Guardiola, who believes he would be a perfect fit for Manchester City’s tactical setup.

Nevertheless, Real Madrid value the 22-year-old’s continued development and are unwilling to consider a sale.

There is significant interest

City are not the only club monitoring Camavinga’s situation, as other top European teams, including Manchester United, have also been linked with him in recent months.

Despite the speculation, the midfielder remains fully committed to his current club, and his contractual situation ensures that Madrid hold complete control over his future.

While his agency is known to have a positive working relationship with Manchester City, this has done little to change the Spanish club’s stance.

At this point, Real Madrid’s position is certain—Camavinga is not for sale. Only an astronomical offer beyond market expectations could potentially force the club to reconsider.
