The board at La Liga giants Real Madrid have kicked into gear active efforts to find a new club for frontman Rodrygo.
That’s according to Marca, who have late this week provided an update on the situation.
Versatile attacker Rodrygo has of course seen his name return to the headlines in Spain’s capital in force over recent weeks.
This comes after the 24-year-old struggled badly for game-time at the Club World Cup under the watch of new head coach Xabi Alonso.
As much has culminated in the speculation pointing towards a potential Real Madrid exit for Rodrygo ramping up yet further, amid strong interest in the Brazilian on the part of Premier League heavyweights Arsenal.
And as alluded to above, if the latest word stemming from the press over the last 24 hours is anything to go by, Florentino Pérez and co. now appear to be more open than ever to a sale.
As per a report from Marca:
‘With Rodrygo, they’re already clear about it and are looking for a new destination.’
