According to journalist Edu Aguirre in El Chiringuito TV, Rodrygo has no intention of leaving Real Madrid despite ongoing speculation about his future.
The Brazilian forward is said to be highly motivated and focused on proving his worth, even though he does not appear to be a key part of Xabi Alonso’s immediate plans.
Rodrygo is well aware of the challenge he faces under the new manager. He knows that breaking into the starting XI will not be easy, but he wants to stay at the Santiago Bernabeu and fight for minutes.
That said, frustrations are beginning to surface. During the second half against Mallorca, Alonso made two attacking substitutions, replacing Brahim Diaz and Vinicius Jr.
Surprisingly, Rodrygo was overlooked on both occasions, left warming up on the sidelines. His disappointed expression did not go unnoticed, highlighting just how tough the situation has become for him.
When asked about Rodrygo’s role, Alonso kept his answer vague, insisting: “Nothing’s happening with Rodrygo.”

But actions speak louder than words, and the forward knows he has to work even harder to win over his coach.
While Rodrygo’s commitment to Madrid remains strong, the market has already started circling with potential suitors.
Manchester City were once thought to be a realistic destination, but with Savinho staying put, that path seems unlikely for now.
Tottenham, who had been targeting Savinho, could also turn their attention to Rodrygo should the opportunity arise.
For now, however, everything depends on Rodrygo himself. Unless he changes his mind and decides to pursue a transfer, his focus will remain on staying at Real Madrid and convincing Alonso to give him a bigger role.
It is a battle that could define his future, but the Brazilian’s determination to succeed in white is stronger than ever.
