The brass at La Liga giants Real Madrid have put in place plans for a potential big-money offer for a member of the midfield ranks at European champions Paris Saint-Germain next summer.

That’s according to Marca, who point towards Vitinha as the player in question.

Portuguese international Vitinha of course played nothing short of a pivotal role in Paris Saint-Germain’s historic campaign in 2024/25.

En route to the capital outfit securing a first-ever Champions League title, the 25-year-old was at the heart of almost everything positive produced by Luis Enrique’s side.

Many, in turn, have gone as far as to label Vitinha the game’s very best midfielder at present.

It should therefore not come as a major surprise to learn that the former Porto talent has gathered several keen admirers at another of Europe’s leading clubs, in Real Madrid.

To the point that Los Blancos are understood to be seriously weighing up a move for Vitinha.

As per a report from Marca, the midfielder’s contract in Paris contains a release clause which will come into play in the summer of 2026, set at €90 million.

On the lookout for a potential game-changer in the middle of the park, the brass at the Santiago Bernabéu could therefore activate as much in 12 months’ time.
