Real Madrid continue to dominate the world of football sponsorships, holding the title for the most lucrative kit deal in the sport.

The club’s most valuable partnership is with Adidas, which has been Real Madrid’s kit supplier since 1998.

A look at Real Madrid’s sponsors

The German sportswear giant pays €120 million per season to dress Los Blancos, maintaining one of the most historic and profitable collaborations in modern football.

In addition to Adidas, Fly Emirates contributes another €70 million per year. The airline has been on Real Madrid’s shirt since 2013, although their partnership dates back to 2011.

Fly Emirates also sponsors Arsenal, but the Gunners receive around €20 million less per season compared to Madrid.

Adding to the financial powerhouse is HP, which also injects €70 million annually, bringing the club’s total kit-related income to the top of the football world.

City close the gap but Madrid stay top

Recently, Manchester City signed a historic deal with Puma, valued at £1 billion over ten years. This new partnership raises City’s annual kit income to €210.5 million per season, making them one of the biggest earners in football.

However, despite City’s growing media presence and recent success in Europe, they still trail Real Madrid by nearly €50 million per year. Here’s a look at the top clubs by kit deal revenue (annual figures):

  • Real Madrid – €260 million
  • Manchester City – €210.5 million
  • Manchester United – €200 million
  • Barcelona – €198 million

With their continued dominance both on and off the pitch, Real Madrid remain the kings of football sponsorship, attracting deals that match their global status and competitive success.
