Reports in Italy claim several Milan players, including Christian Pulisic and Theo Hernandez, are unhappy with Sergio Conceiçao’s methods, which even convinced Alvaro Morata to leave the club this month.
Tension is running high at Milan as several players are reportedly unhappy with new coach Conceiçao.
Repubblica and Tuttosport claim that part of the dressing room does not appreciate the Portuguese’s strict approach.
This led Morata to discuss a January transfer to Galatasaray, which will likely be finalised if Milan sign Santiago Gimenez from Feyenoord.

According to the reports, Conceiçao is very tough with the team during training sessions and technical briefings and the coach irritated the players last week when he decided to leave ahead of schedule for a Serie A match against Parma.
Milan’s bad mood was evident in their 2-1 loss to Dinamo Zagreb on Wednesday when Yunus Musah was sent off during in the first half, and mostly in a 3-2 win over Parma when Conceiçao and Davide Calabria clashed on the pitch after the final whistle.
The Rossoneri captain is also expected to leave San Siro this month.
According to Repubblica, Theo and Pulisic are among the players who are unhappy with Conceiçao’s methods.
The Portuguese signed a contract until June 2026 in December, but Milan have an option to terminate the agreement at the end of the season.
