PSV Eindhoven and Lazio negotiating Tchaouna deal

PSV Eindhoven have reportedly revived their attempts to sign Loum Tchaouna who is coming off an underwhelming first season at Lazio.

The Biancocelesti bought the Frenchman last summer following his breakthrough campaign at Salernitana, but he has thus far failed to leave his mark in the Italian capital.
