PSG’s Luís Campos to meet with Leny Yoro’s representatives | OneFootball

Paris Saint-Germain are looking to move quickly on their interest in Lille OSC’s Leny Yoro with the club wary that they face some competition with Real Madrid for the signature of the highly-rated Frenchman.

Both PSG and Real Madrid were thought to have approached Lille in the winter transfer window over signing Yoro in January but were rebuffed by a club that had no interest in coming to the table while they were competing in the Europa Conference League and in pursuit of qualification to the Champions League.

However, with the defender soon entering the final year of his contract and the campaign finally over, Lille will come to the table and listen to offers. Foot Mercato reports that the PSG sporting director Luís Campos has scheduled to meet with Yoro’s representatives as they push hard for a deal.

Real Madrid’s interest has not cooled but they refuse to be coaxed into bidding more than they want for a player they suggest has made it clear that his preference lies in the Spanish capital rather than the French. The suggestion from Sports Zone last night was that Lille and PSG have already found a financial agreement for the defender.
