The Premier League released dates to the fans of the 20 clubs on when they would let them know about changes due to live TV selections by broadcasters.

For the 35th round of Premier League matches saw Newcastle United fans and supporters of the other 19 PL clubs told they would hear about changes by Friday 21 March at the latest.

That date has of course now passed without an announcement, the small matter in this round of Premier League games, is that Newcastle United fans are travelling to Brighton.

As things stand, that Brighton v Newcastle match is scheduled for 3pm on Saturday 3 May in less than six weeks time, although all ten PL games are of course currently scheduled for that date and time, until the TV bosses and Premier League decide what will happen.

No surprise of course if this lengthy trip ends up seeing Newcastle United fans having to travel to Brighton for a Saturday lunchtime kick-off, or one on a Monday night. Totally unacceptable that the Premier League and broadcasters don’t give fans as much time as possible (not even sticking to the relatively late announcements they had promised!), in order to get best possible prices on trains etc and accommodation if needed.

The full Newcastle United schedule of matches is detailed below, waiting for TV decisions on four of them, although the last of the four is on the very final day of the season when all 10 Premier League matches kick off at the same time.

Those remaining four rounds of Premier League matches, these are the dates the Premier League previously announced as to when at the latest all fans should find out which games had been selected for live TV, plus any new dates/times:

37th round of Premier League matches: Fans to be informed of changes by Friday 4 April 2025 at the latest
