Juventus are set to take on the Next Gen side in an internal friendly at Allianz Stadium on Wednesday evening, with Igor Tudor looking likely to hand opportunities to a large selection of the Bianconeri first-team squad.

This will be Juve’s third pre-season friendly in a summer that started late as a result of their participation in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup in the United States.

For Tudor, tonight’s test will bring an opportunity to get valuable minutes into the legs for the players he intends to start in the opening Serie A game of the season, which falls against Parma on August 24.

There could be opportunities for new signings Jonathan David and Joao Mario to start for the first time at the Allianz Stadium. The same is also true for Bremer, who missed the majority of the 2024-25 campaign with a cruciate ligament (ACL) injury.

David is expected to be supported in the attacking roles by Kenan Yildiz and Francisco Conceicao, who is now a Juventus player on a permanent basis, having spent the last season on loan in Turin.

Kick-off is due at 17.30 BST.
