No time to dwell on yesterday’s match, with preparations already underway for tomorrow: it’s the season of Milan Futuro, ready for Matchday 13 in Serie C at the Stadio Mennucci. Time for the Match Preview:

LATEST FROM MILAN FUTURO The Rossoneri’s aim is clear — to respond immediately after their second consecutive home defeat, following a promising display in Perugia. Missed opportunities and costly mistakes must be avoided this time. Against Pineto,  Bonera’s side again ended the match a man down, with the 0-2 loss already sealed. Reducing red cards has become essential along with addressing another key issue, the goal tally. It urgently needs improvement to boost their chances of winning. This isn’t due to a lack of offensive play, as the team frequently creates plenty of chances, but rather a need for greater determination and accuracy in front of goal. With Coubis suspended, the team must focus on building a solid performance from the back.

LATEST FROM PONTEDERA Pontedera sits two points above Milan Futuro in the standings, despite having lost more matches and conceded more goals, currently sharing the lower half of the table. After the 1-0 win over Gubbio their upward trajectory recently stalled, though they earned a decent 1-1 draw with Virtus Entella. Just days ago, they suffered a narrow 2-1 defeat against league leaders Pescara, with the deciding goal coming in stoppage time. In early October, Menichini replaced Agostini on the bench and introduced a 3-5-2 formation, keeping a consistent starting lineup: Tantalocchi; Cerretti, Gagliardi/Espeche, Guidi; Perretta/Ambrosini, Sala, Ladinetti, Pietra, Pretato; Ianesi, Corona. The forward line is a particular area to keep an eye on.
