Poland already made history at the Women's EURO 2025 finals, with the Eagles competing at their first-ever major finals.
The dreams of reaching the knockout stages ended with a 3-0 Group C defeat to Sweden on matchday two.
However, Poland ensured they wouldn't leave Switzerland without making their mark on the tournament as Natalia Padilla-Bidas scored the nation's first-ever major tournament goal against Denmark.
The Bayern Munich forward was well-placed to apply a poacher's finish to a loose ball into the Danish goal, making history in the process.
The goal will go down in Polish football history and Ewa Pajor gave the travelling fans even more to shout about moments later, heading in a second goal to send the Eagles 2-0 up.
