New Real Madrid head coach Xabi Alonso met with two leading members of his squad for the first time in the early hours of Sunday.

This comes after Los Blancos touched down in the USA.

Real Madrid are currently in the midst of final preparations for their FIFA Club World Cup opener against Al-Hilal this coming Wednesday.

After spending this past week training under the orders of the aforementioned Xabi Alonso at Valdebebas, the capital club’s squad, in turn, made the trip to Miami late on Saturday.

Shortly after touching down, Real’s players were reunited with a pair of teammates who had not yet travelled back to Madrid following their recent commitments on the international front.

And the pair in question, namely Vinícius Jr. & Arda Güler, were soon greeted by their new headmaster for the first time, too.
