Pep Guardiola has been shortlisted for the Premier League Manager of the Month award for January.
The City boss oversaw an unbeaten month of domestic action for the reigning champions thanks to three wins and a draw with the side scoring more goals – 15 – than any other top flight team.
Pep has been nominated along with Arsenal’s Mikel Arteta, Newcastle's Eddie Howe and Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola.
City began the New Year with a fine 4-1 win at home to West Ham followed by a 2-2 draw away at Brentford.
Guardiola's side then followed that up with a thumping 6-0 win away at Ipswich Town before rounding off January by dispatching Chelsea 3-1 at the Etihad in impressive fashion to move back into the Premier League top four.
Pep's nomination comes shortly after Phil Foden was revealed as one of seven players who are up for the January Player of the Month award.
