Arsenal entertained Brentford at the Emirates Stadium earlier today as they hoped to earn a good result at home in the Premier League. The Gunners made a dominant start to the game but were held to a scoreless draw at the half-time interval.

He came back to defend when required but lacked quality in the opponent’s half. He was replaced after the hour mark.

CM: Jorginho – 6/10

Jorginho made a couple of crucial interceptions in the middle of the park but failed to influence the game in the final third.

The English talent offered decent protection for his teammates at the back and set up Partey’s opener with a great run and pass.

He retained possession well at the centre of the park.
