Official: Shock inclusion in Real Madrid’s squad to face Lille | OneFootball

La Liga giants Real Madrid have this afternoon unveiled the club’s travelling squad to face LOSC Lille in the Champions League.

And it features one altogether surprise name…

That in question? Kylian Mbappé.

Frontman Mbappé, for his part, was last week diagnosed with a thigh injury, suffered during Real Madrid’s hard-fought La Liga downing of Deportivo Alavés.

The initial expectation was that the France international was facing up to a spell of around three weeks on the sidelines, ruled out until the far side of the international break as a result.

Safe to say, however, that Mbappé’s recovery is evidently going better than expected…

This comes amid confirmation that the former Paris Saint-Germain standout has been included in Real Madrid’s latest squad.

Carlo Ancelotti’s travelling party for Los Blancos’ Champions League meeting with LOSC Lille on Wednesday night was a short time ago unveiled online.

And the name of Mbappé, as showcased below, features front and centre…
