Real Madrid will be gunning for their fifth win in a row in all competitions when they take on Deportivo Alaves in under a couple of hours at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Ahead of the kickoff, Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has announced the starting lineup that will be taking the field against Luis Garcia Plaza’s men tonight.

There are several changes made to the team that started against Espanyol over the weekend.

For starters, Vinicius Jr. is back in the starting XI after an impactful display from the bench last Saturday. He replaces Arda Guler in the side while both Kylian Mbappe and Rodrygo Goes retain their place in attack.

Meanwhile, Aurelien Tchouameni is back playing in midfield after slotting as a centre-back in the last game. He pairs up with Jude Bellingham, who starts despite his shoulder issue, and Federico Valverde, who has played every minute this season for Los Blancos.

Antonio Rudiger and Ferland Mendy return to the starting lineup in defence, while Lucas Vazquez starts at right-back in the absence of Dani Carvajal and captains the team. Eder Militao and Thibaut Courtois complete the lineup.
