In an official statement posted on the club website, Como wished Cutrone ‘for his contribution and commitment in this shirt’, a subtle indication that his exit is expected to be permanent.

“Patrick Cutrone will join Parma on loan with an option to buy. The club thanks Patrick for his commitment and contribution in the shirt,” Como wrote.

“Since arriving in 2022, he has made over one hundred appearances and scored more than thirty goals, including a decisive season that helped carry the club back to Serie A. His goals, his work for the team, and his bond with supporters ensure he will always be remembered as part of the club’s story.
