Official: Como sign Posch from Bologna; Diego Carlos joins from Fenerbahce | OneFootball

Como are in the process of a busy deadline day and have confirmed the signing of Austrian international Stefan Posch from Bologna, whilst reports claim that Cesc Fabregas’ side have also agreed a loan deal for Fenerbahce defender Diego Carlos.

In a statement on their official website, Como welcomed Posch: “Como is delighted to welcome Austrian international centre-back Stefan Posch.”

The versatile defender, who can also play at right-back, joins the lakeside club on loan with an obligation to buy.

Como sign Diego Carlos and Belotti heads for Cagliari

Transfer expert Alfredo Pedullà has also confirmed that Como have signed former Aston Villa defender Diego Carlos on loan from Turkish side Fenerbahce, whilst Andrea Belotti leaves the club to join Cagliari.

Experienced 32-year-old defender Diego Carlos is a strong addition for Cesc Fabregas’ side, despite an MCL injury keeping him out for a majority of the year since he signed for the Turkish outfit from Villa in January, for a reported fee of around €10 million.
