Nottingham Forest complete signing of Fiorentina defender | OneFootball

Nottingham Forest have completed the signing of Fiorentina defender Nikola Milenković for a reported fee of £12 million.

The 26-year-old has signed a five-year contract at the City Ground, and becomes Nuno Espírito Santo's fifth signing of another busy summer for the club.

Milenković leaves the Tuscan club after seven seasons, in which time he made 263 appearances and scored 17 goals. He also started in both Europa Conference League final losses, as well as the 2023 Coppa Italia final loss to Juventus.

Capped 56 times by Serbia, Milenković was a starter in all three of their EURO 2024 group games, including the opener against England.

He joins a Forest side that had the joint fifth-worst defensive record in the Premier League last season, conceding 67 goals in 38 games as they finished in 17th place.
