In his own words: "I anticipate we will complete a few more arrivals before the deadline. Regarding Lookman—I truly have no idea; it is profoundly difficult to predict the next development or if he will even remain with us," Jurić admitted.

This stalemate follows a significant act of defiance from the player earlier this month. After formally requesting a transfer, Lookman was notably absent from training sessions for a period without authorization, a move that prompted the club to exercise its right to withhold his wages in response.
