New: How the 2025/26 digital season ticket works

We are in the starting gates ahead of our first home match of the new season and to make sure everything runs smoothly on your visit to the Red Bull Arena, season-ticket holders should note an important change.

Season tickets will no longer be stored directly in the FC RBS App next season, but you can still quickly access them and your other tickets via the app. Premium season-ticket holders should also note that a separate ticket is automatically stored in their account for entry to our UEFA and ÖFB Cup home games – including Wednesday's match against SK Brann in Champions League qualifying. The premium season ticket cannot be used itself to enter the stadium for these matches!

How to use your ticket/season ticket to enter the stadium

In the FC Red Bull Salzburg app, click on 'Tickets' in the bottom bar.
Log in with your personal login details.
An overview of your tickets will be displayed. Now select either 'Season Tickets' or 'All Tickets' at the top. Click on the icon in the bottom left corner of the season ticket to save it to your Apple or Google Wallet.
Upon entering the stadium, open your respective Wallet app, select the saved season ticket, and scan the QR code upon entry.
Important note for Premium Season Ticket holders for our home qualifier against SK Brann - a separate ticket is stored in your account, which must be saved in your mobile wallet in advance.

Not able to attend the match? No need to leave an empty seat - you can share your seat in 2025/26 with friends and acquaintances for individual matches.

In the FC Red Bull Salzburg app, click on 'tickets' in the bottom bar.
Log in with your personal login details.
There you'll see an overview of your tickets. Select either 'Single Tickets' or 'All Tickets' at the top. Now you can scroll to the match for which you want to share your season ticket.
For the respective match, click the 'share' icon in the bottom right corner and optionally note the recipient's name so you know who you sent it to later. Then click 'share' and decide how or to whom you want to send the ticket.
If you only selected the individual match, the season ticket you shared is only valid for the selected match. Please note that you can share the season ticket up to two hours before kick-off.
Of course, all shared tickets, like the season ticket, are valid as public travel tickets for Salzburger Verkehrsverbund services throughout the state of Salzburg.
