Serie A side Juventus are expected to lose defender Danilo in the next few months and there is interest from Napoli and Marseille.

Danilo’s current deal at Juve runs out in the summer of 2025 and Sky Italia, as relayed by AreaNapoli, have stated that Thiago Motta doesn’t see a future for the Brazilian in Turin.

There is a clause in the current deal which can trigger an extension till the summer of 2026 but the player will have to play 50 percent of games. A loan exit is not possible and his contract termination is not possible due to Juve’s need for depth at centre-back because of injuries.

Napoli sporting director Giovanni Manna has a liking for the player from his time at Juve but the wage demands will be a problem. Marseille also like the player and would like to make a move in the summer and sign him on a free transfer. There has been talk of Vasco da Gama but they currently cannot sign the player.
