Newcastle's worrying summer has hit another low with the Magpies losing 1-0 to a K-League XI in Korea.

Eddie Howe's side have endured a difficult off-season so far, losing out on a number of transfer targets and seeing their best player - Alexander Isak - push for a move to Liverpool.

And on the pitch the Tyneside outfit have struggled too, losing their second-successive game on their Asia tour.

Newcastle lost 3-2 to Arsenal in Singapore on Sunday and backed that up on Wednesday with a 1-0 defeat to a select XI from the best players in the K-League.

Jin-Kyu Kim scored the only goal of the game to give the hosts the victory and heap yet more pressure on the beleaguered Premier League club.
