Former Roma striker Mirko Vucinic reminisced about his years spent in the Italian capital.
During his spell at Roma between 2006 and 2011, the Montenegrin attacker made over 200 appearances for the Giallorossi, scoring a total of 64 goals and collecting 28 assists along the way.
He was part of the squad that contended for the Scudetto against Jose Mourinho’s Inter.
In an interview for the Panini Tour 2024, Vucinic recalled, “I clearly have wonderful memories of my time at Roma. We came close to winning the Scudetto twice, but we still have to give credit to Inter who were formidable in those years.”
