An agreement with Palmeiras is still pending, as the Brazilian side remain firm on their €30 million asking price.

The distance between the two clubs now appears to be minimal.

Roma’s new offer to Palmeiras for Rios is €27 million plus €3 million in bonuses.

As reported by Fabrizio Romano, however, the Brazilian club’s asking price is a fixed €30 million, excluding bonuses.

The same request was made to West Ham and Zenit: both clubs were willing to pay, but the player wants to move to Italy.
