Andrei Coubiș must have felt like this summer was his time to shine for Milan.
The defender was involved in the Serie A giants' previous pre-season campaign and recalled to the senior ranks by Max Allegri after excelling with Milan Futuro.
But Coubiș' hard work was undone in just 18 minutes of the Rossoneri's friendly with Chelsea on Sunday as he endured the ultimate nightmare start to a game.
First, the Romania under-21 international turned the ball into his own net after just five minutes at Stamford Bridge in attempting to cut out Reece James's free kick.
Things didn't get much better for Coubiș as he received a straight red card in the 18th minute for a last-man challenge on João Pedro as he attempted to break away.
Allegri is unlikely to hold the centre-back's unlucky outing against him, but the player himself will not want to relieve this latest experience again in a hurry!
