Fikayo Tomori already turned down several proposals in January, but his future at Milan seems increasingly bleak, as the Premier League beckons.
The England international defender has been slipping down the pecking order in recent months and was put on the transfer market mid-season.
He was heavily linked especially with Tottenham Hotspur and Juventus, with Milan seemingly eager to get him off their books, but he was determined to stay.

According to Calciomercato.com, the situation has not been resolved and Tomori is going to be pushed towards the exit again over the summer.
While new boss Sergio Conceicao had brought him back into the starting XI, that changed after the red card against Empoli on February 8.
Since then, the centre-back has featured only for 30 minutes against Feyenoord, sent to the bench in favour of Strahinja Pavlovic and Matteo Gabbia.
Tuttosport are confident that Tomori will return to the Premier League, with Milan ready to accept any offer in the region of €25m.
