Serie A leaders Napoli continued their unbeaten run after a 1-0 win against Torino on Sunday.

The first half was an encounter of few chances with only four efforts on target, all of which arrived at the hands of the visitors.

Romelu Lukaku and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia tried to break the deadlock by keeping goalkeeper Vanja Milinković-Savić on his toes, but that duty fell to someone else.

Scott McTominay was the hero for the leaders after he received a ball from the Georgian and drilled home from inside the box for 1-0.

It goes down as his fourth goal for the club and he ran straight toward manager Antonio Conte in celebration.

Poor finishing continued in the second half of the match despite Napoli's possession of the ball. Only two more efforts were registered as on target and nothing from Torino threatened a potential comeback.

Napoli will hope they can find their scoring touch next time out with a Coppa Italia clash against Lazio coming up. Meanwhile, they currently hold a four point-lead at the top of Serie A.
