Manchester United meet Manchester City in an intriguing derby day clash at Old Trafford today.
Ruben Amorim’s team welcome their cross-town neighbours to the red half of the city, with neither side in a position of promise.
United remain 13th in the table after a midweek defeat at Nottingham Forest, with the club’s campaign largely resting on Europa League success. The Red Devils take on Lyon in their quarter-final first leg on Thursday.
City, meanwhile, are fifth and facing a battle of their own to secure Champions League qualification. Goals from Jack Grealish and Omar Marmoush sealed a 2-0 win over Leicester in midweek, but City remain outside the automatic places as things stand.
The clash will be Kevin De Bruyne’s final Manchester Derby, after the announcement he will leave the Etihad in the summer.
Matthijs de Ligt is a doubt for Manchester United after picking up an issue in the defeat at Forest. Harry Maguire could be recalled to the starting side if the Dutch defender is unable to feature.
Fellow defenders Lisandro Martinez, Luke Shaw, Jonny Evans and Ayden Heaven are all in the treatment room, alongside Amad Diallo.
Kobbie Mainoo is reportedly a chance to feature this weekend after injury, while Mason Mount made his comeback from the bench in midweek.
Manchester United predicted XI: Onana; Mazraoui, Maguire, Yoro; Dalot, Ugarte, Casemiro, Dorgu; Fernandes, Garnacho; Hojlund
