Manchester United will consider offers for Joshua Zirkzee in the January transfer window, following an underwhelming start to his career with the club.
Zirkzee signed for the Red Devils in a £36m deal from Bologna in the summer, having helped the Italian side to a shock Champions League qualification.
He scored 11 league goals in Serie A last season and was named as the division’s Young Player of the Season but has been unable to replicate those performances in the Premier League.
After marking his Manchester United debut with the winning goal against Fulham, Zirkzee has failed to score 15 further appearances.
Italian outlet Tuttosport are reporting that Manchester United are already prepared to listen to offers for the Netherlands international.
Juventus have been linked with offering Zirkzee a return to Serie A, with the Bianconeri now under the management of ex-Bologna boss Thiago Motta. The latter left Bologna to take charge in Turin during the summer and is reportedly open to a reunion with Zirkzee.
Zirkzee has not started a Premier League game for Manchester United since September, with Rasmus Hojlund preferred since his return from a hamstring injury sustained in pre-season.
