Serie A giants Napoli were linked with a move for Manchester United’s Alejandro Garnacho yesterday and there is now an indication that the Red Devils could be open to a sale.
Corriere dello Sport today, as relayed by CN24, have reported that even though Ruben Amorim had started Garnacho against Arsenal in the FA Cup yesterday, United have to comply with PSR regulations and that is why they are open to a sale of the Argentina international.
Their starting valuation is at over €70 million, which is €20 million more than the valuation suggested yesterday. There is likely to be room for negotiation, as his sale would come as pure profit for the Red Devils.
The report indicates that there has already been contact between Napoli and United and that has been described as a detail of ‘no small importance’.
Antonio Conte is previously said to have been a fan of the talent, who can play on either side and is also seen as a replacement for Khicha Kvaratskhelia.
