In a recent post on X, journalist Ben Jacobs mentioned that Manchester United have identified Nice keeper Marcin Bulka as a target for this summer transfer period. It has been revealed that the Red Devils are eyeing a move to bring the Polish talent to the Theatre of Dreams this off-season.

Bulka’s Decent Run Of Form In Ligue 1

Bulka produced a string of impressive displays in goal for Nice in the previous campaign. The 25-year-old conceded 55 goals and secured eight clean sheets in 40 appearances for the French outfit last season across all fronts.

The Polish sensation proved his worth as one of the best keepers in Ligue 1 football. However, the jury is still out on whether he can maintain his good form in the Premier League.

Bulka is under contract at Nice until the end of next season which could open the door for the Red Devils to snap him up on the cheap this summer.

Is Bulka A Decent Option For Manchester United Boss Ruben Amorim?

Bulka is a good handler of the ball and can use his quick reflexes to make a few solid saves at the back. He usually puts his foot through the ball when being chased down by the opposition attackers. However, Bulka is still unproven at the highest level and would need time to prove his worth in English football.

Standing at 1.99m, the Polish goalie is a towering presence inside his penalty box. He is even a tidy distributor of the ball. However, it remains to be seen whether Bulka can adapt to the high intensity of the Premier League if Man United manage to get him on board in this summer transfer period.

At 25, Bulka has his best years ahead of him which makes him a good option for the Red Devils to consider this off-season. He is good enough to challenge for a regular starting spot at the Mancunian club over the next few years.

Bulka might even help Man United compete across all competitions in the future. Therefore, Man United should think about getting a deal done for him but only if he is available for a cheap price this summer.
