Manchester United star Antony’s imminent move to La Liga with Real Betis has on Monday been confirmed.
This comes amid the assurance on the part of transfer insider Fabrizio Romano that an agreement is now in place between all parties involved.
The name of attacker Antony has of course taken its place front and centre in the media chatter in Spain over the course of the last week.
This comes after word was forthcoming that the Brazilian – amid another difficult season to date at Old Trafford – had been earmarked as a leading January target on the part of the aforementioned Real Betis.
Negotiations, in turn, were kicked into gear over a deal, with Man United having shown little hesitance in opening the door to a loan departure for Antony.
And, as alluded to above, on Monday, an accord has been found.
As per a report from Fabrizio Romano:
‘Antony to Real Betis, here we go! Verbal agreement in place between all parties with Man United too. United will let him leave on loan deal with no buy clause.’
