Manchester City are reportedly ready to make a move for Wolves defender Rayan Aït-Nouri.
That's according to information from Athletic journalist David Ornstein who claims that Pep Guardiola's side will lodge an offer for Aït-Nouri in the coming days.
The 23-year-old is City's number one left-back target this summer with Ornstein claiming that City, Wolves and the player's representatives believe a move 'will likely happen'.
Aït-Nouri has a revelation for the Black Country club since his move in 2021, going on to play over 100 times in the Premier League.
The Algeria international has been heavily linked with a switch to Manchester United in the past, but it seems as if the young defender will now be heading to the Etihad instead.
After a disappointing season without silverware, City are expected to instigate a squad overhaul this summer with the likes of Tijjani Reijnders, Morgan Gibbs-White and Rayan Cherki all potentially joining the club.
