Pep Guardiola has made four changes as crisis-stricken champions desperately try to end long winless run
Kevin De Bruyne and Stefan Ortega both start as Manchester City host Nottingham Forest in the Premier League tonight.
Man City are on a run of seven games without a win across all competitions, with Sunday's 2-0 defeat against Liverpool consigning them to a fourth consecutive league loss.
They also haven't scored in their last two outings in the top-flight and there's massive concerns defensively having conceded 19 goals since keeping their last clean sheet over a month ago against Southampton.
In an attempt to get his side firing again at both sides of the pitch, Pep Guardiola has kept faith in Ortega rather than hand Ederson a recall despite goalkeeper conceding a penalty at Anfield.
Meanwhile, Kyle Walker is rested with Manuel Akanji slated to start at right-back with Rico Lewis also among the substitutes. Josko Gvardiol is also back in the side after not featuring against Liverpool at all.
As mentioned above, De Bruyne does start alongside Bernardo Silva and Ilkay Gundogan in midfield, whilst Jeremy Doku and Jack Grealish are selected to provide support to Erling Haaland from out wide.
Interestingly, Phil Foden is not part of the matchday squad.
Man City XI: Ortega, Akanji, Dias, Ake, Gvardiol, Gundogan, De Bruyne (C), Bernardo, Doku, Grealish, Haaland
