Matt Beard has departed his role as Liverpool Women's manager with immediate effect, the club have announced.
The 47-year-old had been in charge on Merseyside for four years, having also enjoyed a previous spell from 2012 until 2015.
Beard won the Championship in 2022 and was the WSL Manager of the Year for the 2023/24 campaign, while he also won the WSL title twice in his first spell.
He leaves with the club currently sitting seventh in the table.
Amber Whitley will step into an interim role while the club conduct the search for a successor.
