A Paris Saint-Germain target from last summer could be on the move in a few months, but it might not be to the French capital or Barcelona. Saudi Arabia is ready to spend big on another player in his prime.

PSG was linked with Liverpool’s dynamic winger Luis Díaz, though the speculation quickly lost momentum.

Antena 2 previously reported that Barcelona and PSG were among the first clubs to show interest in Díaz, with both reportedly prepared to offer up to €80 million. Now, AC Milan has entered the race as a serious contender.

What’s the latest on Luis Díaz’s future at Liverpool?

According to TEAMtalk, Liverpool are eager to secure Díaz with a new contract as clubs from the Saudi Pro League and top European teams monitor his situation.

The report also claims that Diaz has never turned down a contract offer from Liverpool, and there’s no indication of a stalemate between the two, as discussions haven’t reached the point of a formal offer yet.

Barcelona have shown genuine interest in Diaz, who has previously been drawn to the idea of moving to Spain. Still, with Diaz well beyond their budget, the most substantial interest so far has come from the Saudi Pro League, though PSG are also keen on him.
