“In the last few days, I happened to see Urbanski,” said the legendary Nerazzurri president in his interview with Libero via FcInterNews.

“I was struck by his talent, he seems really good,” explained Moratti before switching to Inter’s summer transfer campaign. “You can’t help but consider the starting point: Inter started with a squad that won the second star, while also playing very well.

“Inter have at least 18 players capable of playing at a very high level and others. They also brought in others including Taremi whom I consider an excellent player.”

The Italian businessman also discussed the Derby della Madonnina that saw AC Milan surprisingly prevail over Inter.

“I consider the match against Milan a useful reminder of how dangerous and unpredictable football is.

“I didn’t expect it and I don’t think anyone else did, not even the players, the club and the fans.

“Nevertheless, Milan deserved the win by playing a good match. But this defeat can also have a positive impact on Inter.

“We are still at the start of the season, so it’s not too devastating to drop a few points. The defeat in the derby can help the team understand what went wrong.

“Inter are still up there. They are very strong and the coach is also very good. They showed it three days before the derby, in Manchester.

“There’s no need to get demoralized as long as the Derby serves as a lesson.”
