Lazio are one of three Serie A clubs reportedly interested in picking up a deal for Burnley midfielder Josh Brownhill, who is currently plying his trade in the EFL Championship.
According to reports from Calciomercato.com, Lazio, Fiorentina and Torino are all interested in picking up a deal for the Englishman, who has also been linked with moves to Leeds United and Celtic.
The 28-year-old’s contract is due to expire at the end of the 2024-25 season, which means he will be free to negotiate with whichever club he chooses once he enters the final six months of his current deal.

According to Thursday’s reports, Lazio’s sporting director Angelo Mariano Fabiani is currently gathering information surrounding the player’s situation with a possible eye to offering a deal in January.
Brownhill has been on Burnley’s books since January 2020, when he joined the then-Premier League side from Bristol City for an undisclosed fee.
Brownhill has played three and a half seasons worth of Premier League football, plus another season and an (almost) half in the Championship while he’s been with Burnley.
