Christian Pulisic's second-half double helped Milan complete a 3-2 comeback win against Lecce in Serie A.
Scorers: Krstović 7', 59'; Gallo (own goal) '72, Pulisic '73, 81'
Milan thought they'd made the perfect start when Santiago Tomás Giménez fired in from Theo Hernández's cross in the first minute, but the strike was ruled out for offside.
Lecce then stunned the Rossoneri with their first attack as Nikola Krstović's 20-yard strike flew past Marco Sportiello and into the top corner.
Milan looked to respond quickly and had another goal disallowed minutes after Matteo Gabbia volleyed into the net from Hernández's free-kick.
Krstović continued to cause problems for Milan's backline and nearly added a second for Lecce as his close-range strike hit the post.
The Giallorossi extended their advantage on the hour mark when Krstović guided Frédéric Guilbert's cutback into the bottom corner.
The Rossoneri were given a late lifeline after João Félix's scuffed shot bounced off Antonino Gallo and past Wladimiro Falcone.
Christian Pulisic got Milan back on level terms minutes later, winning a penalty and converting the spot-kick high into the net.
The midfielder then notched a late winner by volleying in from Rafael Leão's low cross into the six-yard area.
Lecce were denied a first Serie A victory in five games, while Pulisic's late heroics ensured Milan avoided a fourth consecutive loss.
