Koch through to round of 16 with Germany

The DFB Team booked their place in the EURO knockout stages with a 2-0 win over Hungary. The final group match against Switzerland takes place on Sunday in Frankfurt.

Germany beat Hungary 2-0 in their second group game of UEFA EURO 2024 thanks to goals from Jamal Musiala (22’) and Ilkay Gündogan (67’). After the 5-1 victory over Scotland in the opening match, Julian Nagelsmann’s side have become the first nation to qualify for the round of 16. Eintracht’s Robin Koch was an unused substitute.
