Kleindienst certain to start against Italy

Borussia Mönchengladbach’s Tim Kleindienst will most likely lead Germany’s attack against Italy in Dortmund tomorrow. Kleindienst made an immediate impact on Thursday after entering the field at half-time in a 2-1 first-leg win in Milan.

He now has to do it from the start, however. Mainz’s top-scorer Jonathan Burkardt is a doubt to feature in a matchday squad after missing their last training session on Saturday. Both strikers scored 15 goals so far in Bundesliga.
