Leicester City midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall has been one of the standout players in the Championship this season.

Dewsbury-Hall remained at the King Power Stadium in the summer following the Foxes' relegation from the Premier League, and he has starred this season as the club look to bounce back to the top flight at the first attempt.

The 25-year-old has scored an impressive 12 goals and provided 14 assists in 46 appearances in all competitions so far, and he was recognised for his performances as he was named in the Championship Team of the Season at the EFL Awards on Sunday night.

Despite Dewsbury-Hall's excellent form, it has been a tough few months for Leicester, and a run of six defeats in 10 league games has seen their lead in the automatic promotion places cut significantly.

Enzo Maresca's side currently sit second in the table, one point behind leaders Ipswich Town and two points clear of third-placed Leeds United, but they do have a game in hand on the pair.

The Foxes managed to keep hold of Dewsbury-Hall in January, but he is likely to attract interest once again this summer, and the club could be vulnerable to losing him given their FFP situation.

As speculation continues to gather pace, we rounded up all the latest news on Dewsbury-Hall's future.

Tottenham join Arsenal and Newcastle in race for midfielder

Arsenal and Fulham were also linked with Dewsbury-Hall during the winter window, but a move did not materialise, with the Foxes said to have been reluctant to lose him during their promotion push.

It seems that Dewsbury-Hall is still firmly on the radar of Premier League clubs ahead of the summer, with talkSPORT claiming that Tottenham Hotspur are the latest club to monitor the midfielder.

Spurs are reportedly in the market for midfield reinforcements with Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg expected to leave, and they have a "good relationship" with Leicester after signing James Maddison from the Foxes in the summer.

However, they will face competition for Dewsbury-Hall's signature as Brighton remain keen, while Newcastle United are also keeping tabs on him, but Nottingham Forest's Morgan Gibbs-White is believed to be the Magpies' priority target.

Leicester stance revealed

Leicester were charged by the Premier League with alleged breaches of the Profitability and Sustainability rules last month, meaning that they could face a points deduction next season if they are promoted to the top flight, and they may need to sell players this summer in order to raise funds.

Dewsbury-Hall is one of the club's most sellable assets, but according to Football Insider, the Foxes will only allow the midfielder to leave if they miss out on promotion, and they are "desperate" to keep hold of him in the Premier League.

However, the report also states that a "firesale" could be on the cards at the King Power Stadium, and Dewsbury-Hall may be available for a lower price.

clubs could land his signature for between £30-40 million this summer, which is good news for his increasing list of top flight suitors.

Pundit issues £50-60 million prediction

Speaking exclusively to Football League World, pundit Carlton Palmer predicted that, if Leicester are promoted to the Premier League, they could demand a fee of between £50-60 million for Dewsbury-Hall in the summer.

"Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall is having a fantastic season with Leicester City," Palmer said.

"He's been there since he's been a kid and he loves the football club. He said in January that his priority was not a move away from Leicester City but to stay and get them promotion.

"But his form this season has been outstanding and he's got other clubs following him.

"Tottenham are the latest club said to be looking at him. Leicester moved quickly to put a fee of around £30 million his head in the January transfer window.

"If he is going to leave Leicester for the likes of Spurs, this summer, then I imagine they'd be looking for a fee of £50-60m. I'm sure of that [if they are promoted].

"Leicester may have to cash-in. They may have to sell Dewsbury-Hall if these charges against them are considered to be just and deserved.

"They may have to sell players to fall in line with the financial fair play rules, which is very bad news for the football club.

"As a talented young player, they would want to keep him and hopefully build around him.

"With promotion back to the Premier League, they'll want to keep their top players to help them stay where the will have got.

"It would be very disappointing for the fans and the rest of the team. I'm sure the manager also doesn't want to lose a player of his ability."
