A leading member of the attacking ranks at La Liga giants Barcelona has on Tuesday been widely targeted for his latest performance.

The player in question? Raphinha.

Barcelona are of course currently locked in action, on the continent.

For the 2nd leg of the Champions League quarter-final tie between the clubs, the Blaugrana have made the trip to Germany, to lock horns with Borussia Dortmund.

Hansi Flick’s troops headed into the clash in possession of what looked an unassailable four-goal advantage.

Dortmund, though, have since done an excellent job of making a tie of it, currently leading by two goals to nil at Signal Iduna Park.

*Update* – Barcelona have since pulled a goal back.

Amid what has proven an altogether underwhelming Blaugrana display to date, a number of the club’s stars have been deservedly singled out for heavy criticism.

And as alluded to above, chief amongst them has been wide-man Raphinha.

Struggling with everything from his touch to dribbling and finishing, Barcelona’s most productive player of the season to date has been targeted in nothing short of brutal fashion by his own fans on Tuesday evening.
